I have spent 8+ years in European venture capital, currently as a CFO of a vertical software company (Thinksurance). Before this, I was as an investor at Columbia Lake Partners (a European credit fund investing combinations of debt/equity into high growth software businesses). As an Investment Director at Columbia Lake, I led new investments primarily in the DACH, Nordic and UK markets. Prior to Columbia Lake, I was an analyst at a US bank working with Silicon-Valley based software companies for 2 years.

Before entering the venture capital market in 2014, I helped build an online property marketplace focused on ski chalet rentals in Europe whilst studying Economic and Social History at the University of Liverpool (where I graduated with First Class Honors).

Over my venture career, I have worked with and financed US companies such as Viptela (acq. by Cisco), Wavefront (acq. by VMware), the Realreal (NASDAQ: REAL) and European companies such as Avrios (acq. by Battery Ventures), ContentSquare, Falcon.io (acq. by Cision), Giraffe360, Mention Me, riskmethods (acq. by Sphera/Blackstone), and Scoro.

In my spare time I have learned to code in Python, play tennis and read history.
